Rancang Bangun Mobile Marketplace Petshop Dengan Sistem Manajemen Multi-Cabang Berbasis Mobile Pada Earth Petshop

The development of information technology in the digital era has encouraged businesses to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and enhance customer service. Earth Petshop, a pet supply business with three operational branches, still faces problems in managing product data, inventory, and sales transactions because the processes are not fully integrated across branches. This condition causes delays in information distribution, inaccurate stock monitoring, and less efficient business operations. This research aims to design and develop a petshop marketplace application with a multi-branch management system that can support integrated data management and online sales transactions at Earth Petshop. The research method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The developed application includes several main features, such as product catalog, inventory management, transaction management, shopping cart, admin dashboard, and real-time notifications. The results show that the application can improve the efficiency of product and stock data management between branches, support faster access to information, and make it easier for customers to purchase pet products online. Therefore, this application is important because it helps Earth Petshop optimize its operational activities and improve service quality through a more effective and integrated digital system.
