Krisis dan ketidakpastian dalam organisasi pendidikan, seperti perubahan kebijakan, dinamika sosial, serta disrupsi teknologi, menuntut kepala sekolah memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan responsif. Kepemimpinan adaptif menjadi pendekatan penting karena menekankan fleksibilitas, ketanggapan terhadap perubahan, serta kemampuan menjaga stabilitas organisasi di tengah tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan adaptif kepala sekolah dalam mengelola krisis dan ketidakpastian organisasi pendidikan serta mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif dalam menghadapi situasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian sistematis terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan, dengan proses seleksi dan analisis berdasarkan kriteria tertentu untuk memastikan kualitas dan relevansi sumber. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi sekolah, memperkuat komunikasi dan kolaborasi internal, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat dalam situasi krisis. Selain itu, budaya organisasi yang terbuka terhadap perubahan menjadi faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan kepemimpinan adaptif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif merupakan elemen strategis dalam menjaga keberlanjutan dan efektivitas organisasi pendidikan di tengah kondisi yang tidak menentu.
